What is your 4 month old's sleeping pattern?

My daughter just turned 4 months old. Her sleeping patterns are much different than my first born (I knew it wouldn't be the same) and I was just wondering how many hours a day your babies sleep and then what they nighttime sleep is like and do they still get up a few times a night to eat? Do I need to get up every night to feed her if she whines a little? The last couple of nights it seems like she's just in there kind of just talking to herself (not really "hungry" crying) and I don't know if I should just leave her or go ahead and feed her. What do you think? When would I start trying to get rid of those middle of the night feedings? I was told to reduce the amount of oz I give her at night by an ounce at a time but I just think if I get rid of one oz then she'll wake up earlier.
