Is my diet OK? am i losing weight?

It seems fine, but I'm not so sure about all this sugarfree jelly. I would substitute about half of it for some fresh fruit or veggies. Also, instead of the carton of processed orange juice, try the same amount of water with freshly squeezed oranges. A good diet not only has low fat but also a variety of foods- eating the same stuff all day will do absolutely nothing, no matter how little you're eating. And the question if you're losing weight or not- do that for a week, and weigh yourself. If you lost weight, it's good and it works. If not, see your doctor or nutritionist because there may be other factors influencing your weight.
