Where can i find Helena's dress?

You can get the costume in Hot Topic however that is usually only around Halloween. I was Helena for Halloween this year but the Hot Topic near me didnt carry it and I had it made for me. There is a chance yours wont carry it either. And even if they do carry it, I can almost guaranitee that they wont have it this time of year but I would love to see you prove wrong.
