What dose it mean when you dream about your teeth falling out?

After work yesterday i took a nap around 3:30pm and i had a horrifying dream that my teeth were falling out it went like this "i was in my house walking around and i brushed my hair out of my face and tapped my lip, and my front tooth fell out, i ran to the restroom and tried to put it back and hold it but every time i tapped another tooth it would fall out, it was so pain full i could feel every bit and there was blood everywhere. By the end of the dream i only had 6 teeth left, 5 on my lower right side, and my canine one my top left, and i felt as if i had to accept the fact that i was like this from now on, i felt defeated" I was mortified and haven't been able to stop thinking about it. I have always practiced very good dental health and have no issues with my teeth, i do grind them sometimes but my mother was in the living room where i was napping and said i wasn't. i am enlisting in the army and i don't know if that would effect it but i would really appreciate your input thank you.
