If you want smaller government can you explain what that looks like?

People use the same phrases over and over like "smaller government" OK what does that look like? No wars? We take away all the OIl subsidies? We never again bail out huge corporations because they are too big to fail. Republicans and Bush started all that. We let our roads go to dust? What does this smaller government look like? We let polluters make our air and water as dirty as China? Can you explain what the definition of smaller government really is?
