Samsung SCH-u520 Faceplates?

Are the front faceplates on the Samsung SCH-u520 removable? The problem is that mine somehow got dust underneath it, and it's really annoying me. If you can take the faceplate off to clean it, how, and what precautions you should take. Thanks!
