It is definately that you don't go out and meet people. You cant really expect an amazing girlfriend to just turn up out of the blue and knock on your door. I have the same problem in that my oppertunitites to meet people are limited. You should try to find ways to meet people are there any suitable groups in your area? Could you meet people at the hospital?
