Could antibiotics combined with contraceptive pill Yaz make it ineffective?

i take my pill on the exact time every day. i last had on the 17th, and started antibiotics on the 21st i believe. could only around 3-4 days of active pills, PRIOR to when i began antibiotics, mean that i haven't taken enough active pills, and may be pregnant?
