What does it mean to "sidemouse" the bong?

I heard a wonderful little song on NORML's Hempilation Vol 2 called "Sidemousin the bong" by Mike Watts. Now, I've heard a lot of lingo but never this one. Does anyone have a clue what it actually means? Or was it just a clever line for a song about bongs? Help me out!
