Angry 7 and half year old and refuses to give in?

He is a spoiled brat plain and simple plus he is only seven and a half! Kids that age are prone to whinning, screaming and pitching a fit from time to time. Just remember everything you say and do will stick in his mind so if he is seeing this odd/bad behavior from someone else figure out who, where and why and put a stop to it.
