Do you think is right and democratic to have about 4,000 American Citizens in the commonwealth of Puerto Rico?

disfranchised from the US Federal Political sistem? How can Puerto Rico enjoy a full democracy if they can not vote or have electors to vote for the President that governs them and sent them to war? Don't you think that Puerto Rico deserve that the people of the 50 states get congress to resolved the lack of democracy in Puerto Rico? Don't you think we have to spread democracy at home before we go preaching it to the rest of the world?
