Do you think the US Government will collapse? What will be the cause?

If so, what do you think will be the cause. I am patriotic and served in the Army but I have been seeing our government go further into debt, drastic increase in corruption and ineffective leadership (both parties). I get a very strong feeling things are going to get very bad within the next 5-10 years. Curious if anyone else feels this way and has an educated prediction.
