Metallica S&M???

Ok so i heard that they did 2 shows to record this. is there any tracks that they did with the symphony that they didnt put on the album or dvd? i heard that they did King Nothing, and it doesnt make a whole lot of sense not to do Fade 2 Blk because its probably the most symphony compatible... does anyone know?
