Why haven't 'The Script' been nominated for grammy 2010?

I like The Script. Breakeven is on my iPod. But maybe the Grammys don't realize their talents because their not as popular as Keri Hilson or the Ting Tings. Oh well. Maybe they will be nominated next year.
