Appendicitis? Mild symptoms so not sure....?

I have had pain in abdomen that seems to be now in my lower right side. It's not bad, just uncomfortable esp. when I move around or something presses it. There is a spot that seems more tender by my right hip. No nausea or fever. Should I get it checked or just wait to see if it gets worse?
