How do I stand on my ex husbands will?

I have been divorced for 9 years now, my ex husband made me sole beneficiary in his will made in 1984, we divorced in 2002 and I know he has not changed his will, we have children now, does anyone know how I stand? Do I inherit, or because we are now divorced will his estate be split equally between our children, I do know for a fact he has not made a new will, he has never remarried and neither have I, just wondering if this makes any difference, anyone able to help?
