My aunt stuck in Guatemala because of the bus--help!!!?

My aunt came here to California to spend some time--she left back in a big bus that take you from here to Honduras(where she lives) in 4 days--she went on it--they left her alone with her stuff--in Guatemala instead of Honduras--so shes alone with no money --and no one to help her--she called us and --we are going send her money so she could take another bus--can we sue the company for leaving her there alone and not taking her to her destination--any advice on what we should do--because we are going to talk to the company right now?Thank You...
