Which Actress should be the next 50 Foot Woman in a possible remake of "Attack of The 50 Foot Woman"?

The movie biz these days are pretty much remakes. So, I was thinking that they might remake "Attack of The 50 Foot Woman". For me, personally, I would like to see Cameron Diaz, Hayden Panettiere, Jessica Simpson, and/or Rachel McAdams to play the 50 Foot Woman. I just would like to know who would you want to cast to be the 50 Foot Woman in a future remake.
